CULTURA JURIDICĂ A EXPONENȚILOR PUTERII -FACTOR DETERMINANT AL RESPECTĂRII DEMNITĂȚII UMANE

Abstract

This article contains some important reflections on the role of legal and moral culture of the subjects of power for respecting human dignity, human rights and freedoms. In response to the actual situation, marked by a pronounced legal nihilism and highlevels of corruption among public officials and dignitaries, the author emphasizes the absolute necessity to make a substantial effort to raise the level of legal culture and morality of the subjects of power -requirements necessary to strengthen the rule of law and democracy in society.
