НОРМАТИВНО-ПРАВОВЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ КОНСТИТУЦІЙНОГО ПРАВА НА ОСВІТУ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

The Author of this article defines the notion of regulatory and legal support for the constitutional human right to education; makes proposals on improvement of regulatory and legal regulation of the right to education. Guarantees of the realization of the right to education are formulated and analyzed, among which are: equal conditions for access to education, access to education, compulsory and free of full general secondary education, the duty of the state to provide a social protection for job seekers in cases which are provided by the law, and to promote equal access to education for persons from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
