СИСТЕМНЕ ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ЗАХИСТУ ПРАВА ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОЇ ВЛАСНОСТІ

Abstract

The article gives a scientific and theoretical substantiation of the application of a systematic approach to the study of the category of protection of the rights of subjects of management in the field of intellectual property. It is concluded that economic-legal protection of intellectual property rights can be defi ned as a system that includes a number of components that can be grouped into three groups: 1) a certain integrity of normative legal acts of international and national legislation in the field of intellectual property; 2) a set of organizational and legal means of economic and legal protection of intellectual property rights; 3) methods of economic and legal protection of these rights. The prospects for further research are determined.
