Abstract

The article deals with theoretical issues of defining the principles of prevention of corruption in the prosecutor’s office in the context of the departmental reform, as well as the transformation of its legal status. In the work, the principles of this activity are considered as principles with a system complex nature, because in essence they are both the principles of law, public, law enforcement and anti-corruption activities.
