Abstract

The article examines the experience of some European countries in the field of anti-corruption activities of the prosecution authorities; to analyze the acts of the administrative legislation of these states that regulate the powers of the prosecution authorities in the field of combating corruption; identify the specific features of the activities of the prosecution authorities of European countries in the field of combating corruption; based on the study of the positive European experience in this field, proposals have been developed for the improvement of relevant legislation in Ukraine.
