Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the correlation of the concept «efficiency» and other related categories in order to clarify the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the general legal theory. Based on the analysis of the legal literature, the peculiarities of the application of the terms «optimality», «usefulness», «economy» are clarified in view of their semantic connection with the term «efficiency».
