Abstract

The article analyzes existing theoretical and legal approaches to the powers of a representative in the administrative process, both legal and representative of the contract. The conditions of termination of the powers of the representative in the administrative process are determined. It is shown in the work that there are certain inconsistencies in the current legislation as regards the powers that a representative has in the administrative process
