Abstract

The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of mining relations, as well as the management and control over the use and protection of the subsoil during the period of stay of Ukrainian lands in the Austrian (from 1867 - Austro-Hungarian Empire) (the end of the XVIII - early XX century).
