ПРЕДЕЛЫ КОНТРОЛЯ ЗА ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬЮ СУДЕЙ (СУДОВ) В УКРАИНЕ

Abstract

In the article, the author tries to analyze a complex and important issue regarding the boundaries of control over the activities of judges (courts) in Ukraine. It is proved by arguments that in the most general form the concept of the boundaries of control reflects the answer to the question of what exactly and to what extent, using which leverage and forms, procedures can be controlled by one or another subject of managerial influence. The author analyzes the correlation of the current legislation of Ukraine, the practice of its application and the principle of independence of the court, the system of subjects of control over the court, including those with exclusive powers in this area. Based on the results of the study, the subject and subject limits of control over the activities of judges (courts) in Ukraine are identified and characterized.
