PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF EUROPEAN PRINCIPLES OF DONATION INTO UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of implementation of European principles of donation into Ukrainian legislation. The principles of civil law regulation of donation were clearly defined. It should be noted that the principles of donation are the guiding principles, the main regulations that express the essence of civil law regulation of donation, ensure its coherence and determine its general content and direction. The list of principles of donation remains largely unexplored and not fully regulated by law. All this creates a number of controversies in practice. In this regard, conclusions and proposals for improving national legislation have been defi ned.
