Abstract

The article describes the normative definition of the profession of manager of the territorial unit of security police of the National Police of Ukraine; analyzes tasks, responsibilities, responsibilities and rights of managers. The basic principles which should be guided by the manager of territorial unit of security police in his professional activity, the requirements to be met by the candidate for the position of police manager, the most common mistakes that may occur in the activities of managers of the territorial unit of security police and their possible consequences have been identified.
