Abstract

The article analyzes the approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “interaction”. The legislative provisions, which were devoted to the peculiarities and essence of interaction within the framework of the functioning of law enforcement agencies and forensic institutions, are highlighted. The doctrinal definition of the interaction of forensic institutions with law enforcement agencies is revealed and the features of this category are highlighted.
