Abstract

The article deals with the special features of the main informational databases used in the practices of Europol. The main issues of normative and legal regulation of public relations in the field of interagency cooperation between the competent authorities of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine within the framework of the Agreement on Operational and Strategic Cooperation between Ukraine and the European Police Office are determined. A number of organizational and legal mechanisms are proposed to increase the effectiveness of informational and analytical providing of measures to combat organized crime through of establishing a close cooperation with Europol.
