Abstract

The present research is devoted to promoting a comprehensive scientific research of the procedure for recognizing banks as insolvent and court practice on appealing against such insolvency. The main problems of the banking sector in Ukraine as a result of the large-scale withdrawal of banks from the market are discussed.
