ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНИХ ЗАСАД ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ КОНТРОЛЮ ТА НАГЛЯДУ ЗА ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОЮ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ

Abstract

In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific views of scientists and norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the ways of improvement of organizational principles of exercising control and supervision over business activity are determined. It is noted that the organizational principles for the supervision and control of business activities include: organization of interaction of authorized entities; staffing; evaluation of the activities of the control and supervisory bodies; financial and logistical support. It is substantiated that the establishment of high-quality and effective interaction, especially in the conditions of existence of a large number of control and supervisory bodies, is of priority importance for the domestic legislator. Therefore, it is extremely important to determine: 1) the purpose and objectives of the interaction; 2) sources of financing and logistics; 3) a body that will coordinate all the supervisory entities.
