Abstract

In its submission the author examines topical issues of the application of legal liability for the violation of legislation regulating gambling. Important are identified in the study of current legislation conflicts and contradictions of the rules governing the use of legal liability for violating the order of organizing and holding gambling. Of particular importance are the conclusions and proposals, which are contained in the materials provided by the article.
