Abstract

The article deals with the question of the appointment by the detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine of audits and audits during the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings and the outstanding issues raised in connection with this and set forth proposals for the improvement of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine in relation to solving these issues at Their application in practice.
