ОКРЕМІ ПРАВОВІ НОВЕЛИ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ОРГАНІВ ПРОКУРАТУРИ УКРАЇНИ В КОНТЕКСТІ ЇХ РЕФОРМУВАННЯ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the existing system of legal regulation of information activities of the prosecution authorities of Ukraine, taking into account the changes that it suffered in the process of reforming these bodies. The work is based on the ideas, achievements of domestic researchers of information of the prosecution and analyzing the relevant norms of current legislation. Supporting the view that the information and legal support for the activities of the prosecution authorities of Ukraine is based both on the basic and the specific legislation, the author proposes to consider 1 ) legal acts of the international level that guarantee the human right to information. 2) the state general level; 3) the state specialized level (Law of Ukraine “On the Prosecutor’s Office” and the regulatory legal acts that form the basis of the information legislation of Ukraine); 4) by-laws and regulations aimed at regulating information relations in the prosecution authorities (orders of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, etc.). Special attention is devoted to a brief analysis of regulatory acts assigned to each of the levels of regulatory support of the information activities of prosecution bodies. It was stated that the most significant changes in recent years are observed at the state specialized level and the level of by-laws and regulations. At the same time, the author comes to the conclusion that the regulatory and legal support for the information activities of the prosecution authorities of Ukraine is insufficient and predicts the growth of dinamics this process, given the trends in state reform in the context of total information.
