Abstract

In the Republic of Moldova, corporate conflicts are part of our public life. Large and small owners are involved in them. In the resolution of corporate conflicts involved public authorities. The business press is full of reports of “joint-stock wars”, “aggressive takeovers”, challenging the results of general meetings of shareholders, the creation of parallel management bodies in enterprises, etc. All this shows the acuteness of modern contradictions in the sphere of corporate legal relations, and at the same time, the imperfection of the current legislation. Many significant issues regarding the concept of corporate conflict, the characteristics of the process of origin and dynamics of corporate conflict, the typology of corporate conflicts, as well as the forms and methods of preventing and resolving them, remain insufficiently investigated, which necessitates their study, including as part of an independent master’s study.
