ОСОБЕННОСТИ ИНФОРМАЦИОННО-АНАЛИТИЧЕСКОЙ ФОРМЫ ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ СУБЪЕКТОВ ПРОТИВОДЕЙСТВИЯ ПРАВОНАРУШЕНИЯМ В СФЕРЕ ЗЕМЕЛЬНЫХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ

Abstract

The positions of scientists concerning the classification of forms of interaction between subjects of power as a whole are revealed and analyzed. As a result, an author’s list of forms of such interaction is proposed. Among the selected forms it is proposed to investigate in more detail the specifics of information-analytical interaction of the subjects of counteraction to offenses in the sphere of land relations. The provisions of regulatory regulation on the outlined issue have been clarified. On the basis of the studied material, conclusions were drawn about the ways of further development of the information-analytical form of interaction between the subjects of counteraction to offenses in the sphere of land relations.
