Abstract

The article describes the cultural phenomenon in close relationship with religious norms. The law becomes universal and necessary phenomenon of world culture which is a condition of harmonious development of the legal system based on universal spiritual values of mankind due to interference of religious and legal norms in lawmaking process. The influence of religious norms on the creative process is particularly important in the context of globalization, as a result of an active convergence of different legal systems, cultures and traditions there is an objective need for a common cultural and legal basis for the interaction of different countries, societies, groups, communities etc.
