Abstract

The article analyzes the provisions of the legal acts regulating the sphere of interaction between civil society and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It was concluded that these instruments have already accumulated experience gained interaction between civil society and government authorities in Ukraine, needs that exist in this area, and the need to comply with generally accepted democratic rules in these relationships.
