Investigated international experience for the protection of intangible cultural heritage; defined the goal and basic principles for the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage; singled out processes safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage; offered proposals for the development of draft legislation on the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of Ukraine.
