ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ АНТИКОРУПЦІЙНОГО ПРОЦЕСУ В УКРАЇНІ: РЕТРОСПЕКТИВИ ПРОТИДІЇ КОРУПЦІЇ

Abstract

The article describes the history of the formation of anti-corruption process in Ukraine, in terms of administrative law. The main stages of development of the national anti-corruption, the current state of affairs were analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the shortcomings that exist in the field of combating corruption in Ukraine, the problems of functioning of anti-corruption entities. On the basis of the classification of subjects of combating corruption and with the advice of relevant international organizations, ways to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption in Ukraine was proposed by the author.
