Abstract

The article deals with the study of foreign legislation, which establishes criminal responsibility for the creation and operation of terrorist associations in countries bordering the territory of Ukraine. The article is devoted to the important issues of theoretical and practical understanding, which is of sufficient importance for the development and improvement of domestic and European criminal legislation in the fi eld of counterterrorism.
