Щодо питання гармонізації законодавства України про інтелектуальну власність до Угоди TRIPS (постановка проблеми)

Abstract

This article discusses the concept and current state of harmonization of Ukrainian legislation on intellectual property to the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS Agreement). The comparison of the concepts of «harmonization», «harmony of law», «adaptation», «convergence», «implementation» etc. The problem of a variety of terms and the need for their unification is touched upon. Some obstacles to the harmonization of the legislation of Ukraine on intellectual property to the TRIPS Agreement are identifi ed.
