Abstract

The article is devoted to the scientific knowledge of domestic research in the science of administrative-tort law in order to determine the features and system of administrative penalties. The article discusses the scientific approaches to the classification of administrative penalties. The author submitted a proposal on the importance of reforming the institution of administrative penalties, the result of which should be the adoption of a code of Ukraine on administrative offenses.
