Abstract

The article is devoted to studying the legality assurance mechanism within the state. Starting from the definition of legality as a principle, method and regime, as well as the relationship between legality and law, the author identifi es the main elements of the legality assurance mechanism and specifi es the particularities of each and the factors contributing to its operation.
