Abstract

The historical and legal analysis of normative-legal ensuring of rights of persons condemned to imprisonment in Ukraine is performed. The contemporary scientific approaches of periodization of national legislation in this sphere are defined. The main stages of develop of national legislation which regulate the legal status of a persons condemned to imprisonment are considered. Analyzes of the content and specifi c features of normative-legal ensuring of rights of persons condemned to imprisonment in Ukraine were prepared.
