Abstract

There are scrutinized the content and the definition of international sanctions as one of the elements of legal impact upon the financial markets, theoretical aspects of legal context of international sanction. Based on the scrutiny of scholar sources and practical experiences are defined the main directions of legal definition and appliance of international restrictive measures. International sanctions is an important instrument and one of the main components of the system of prevention of use of the financial markets for the crime purposes.
