ROLUL ȘI VALOAREA JUSTIȚIEI CONSTITUȚIONALE ÎN STATUL DE DREPT

Abstract

Central pillar of order and legality in a rule of law is undoubtedly the Constitution, the effectiveness of which depends largely on the activity of the Constitutional Court. Namely the court of constitutional jurisdiction is called upon to ensure supremacy and protection of the Constitution through exercise the control of constitutionality and through extensive propagation and real protection of supreme values enshrined in the supreme law, thus contributing in a exceptional manner to forming and development of constitutional consciousness and constitutional culture, without which it is inconceivable regime of legality and constitutionality of a rule of law. In this study, we propose an approach to terminology and essence of constitutional justice and closely related concepts that form its content, in order to elucidate its role and value in contemporary rule of law.
