Abstract

The article is dedicated to research of the of the participation of an interpreter in administrative justice as a guarantee of providing the basis for the language of proceedings in administrative courts. It is established, that the translator is a participant, who has no legal interest in the results of the decision of the administrative case; promotes to the administration of justice; has special knowledge. Taking into account the fact, that the state in the person of state authorities is the obligatory side of administrative justice, the author is supported the position to ensure the right to use the services of a translator free of charge for the other party of administrative justice regardless of his ability to pay for such services.
