ЗАХИСТ НАЦІОНАЛЬНИХ ІНТЕРЕСІВ У РЕГУЛЮВАННІ МІГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ

The article explores the peculiarities of application of political, economic, administrative, legislative and legal levers of influence on the development of migration policy in the context of securing national interests. The basic conceptual bases of the national «Strategy of the state migration policy of Ukraine for the period till 2025 are considered». Particular attention is paid to the objectives outlined in these strategies related to the reintegration of Ukrainian migrants, to directing migration processes for the benefit of the state, to preventing threats and risks associated with illegal migration. The main features of the emergence of threats and risks during the regulation of migration processes in Ukraine and in the world have been investigated, and the ways of improving migration policy in the context of national interests have been proposed. It has been established that migration policy is a component of the national security of the country, whose threats and risks are primarily related to the outflow of able-bodied population abroad in Ukraine. It also examines the threat of an influx of illegal migrants, the danger of increasing them, which directly affects the increase in consumption of natural resources, the additional costs of providing them, whose role in labor activity does not exceed these costs. The perspectives of the development of migration policy in the conditions of globalization and integration of Ukraine into the world community are outlined. The necessity to improve the regulatory framework for regulating migration processes in the interests of the country has been identifi ed.
