Abstract

The authors attempt to highlight the main provisions of the law of the Republic of Moldova “On state social insurance pensions”, No. 156-XIV of 14.10.1998 year and the law of the Republic of Moldova No. 290 from 16.12.2016 years and to make proposals for amendments and additions to these laws to bring into line with article 1,16 and 47 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova.
