Abstract

The article deals with scientific approaches to the determination of the generic object ofcrimes providedfor in Section VII of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as the scientific proposals analyzed to improve the title of this section, identify the advantages and disadvantages of these proposals, express their own position on the solution of these issues.
