Abstract

One of the important guarantees of the free development of an individual is the recognition by the state of the right of citizens to engage in entrepreneurial activity. In the Republic of Moldova, every year an increasing number of citizens create various commercial organizations, becoming their participants, investors, shareholders. The formation of a “family” business, the owners’ interest in its succession and development made the issues of legal regulation of relations on the transfer of property involved in commercial circulation in the order of succession relevant. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for a theoretical study of the characteristics of the transfer of property involved in commercial circulation from one owner to another in the order of succession, as well as analysis of the prospects for the development of legislation and practice in this area.
