РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ ПРАВА ГРОМАДЯН НА ДОСТУП ДО ПУБЛІЧНОЇ ІНФОРМАЦІЇ МІСЦЕВИМИ ОРГАНАМИ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ВИКОНАВЧОЇ ВЛАДИ (НА ПРИКЛАДІ ЛЬВІВСЬКОЇ ОБЛДЕРЖАДМІНІСТРАЦІЇ)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the mechanism of realization of the right of citizens to access public information by local bodies of state executive authority, for example, the Lviv regional state administration. With the adoption oflegislation providingfor access to public information, citizens’ rights to receive information on the activities of both public authorities in general and local bodies of state executive power in particular have expanded. Significantly increased the number of appeals from citizens, NGOs on the provision of information, documents on the activities of state authorities. The article investigates the mechanism of realization of the right of a person to access public information by the Lviv regional state administration. The article analyzes the sub-normative acts of the Lviv regional state administration that regulate the procedure for access to public information, which is administered by the regional state administration, the list of types of public information administered by the Lviv regional state administration, approval of the limits of costs for copying or printing of documents, provided on the request for information, the procedure for the publication of acts of the regional state administration. The statistics of the state of work with requests for information in Lviv oblast state administration for the 1st quarter of 2018 are given separately.
