Abstract

The review of the basic modern theoretical platforms in the area of studying the questions of the criminal liability for the offer acceptance, a promise or reception of illegal benefit has been conducted; issues that arise not only before law enforcement bodies, but also before scientists. The main problems, which are the subject of the scientists’ survey, existing scientific and search algorithms, on which the development of the leading domestic scientists in the field under investigation is based, are determined. Individual issues are generally recognized, generally known, others, on the contrary, are the subject of discourse and remain fragmented.
