ЩОДО ЗНАЧЕННЯ МІЖНАРОДНО-ПРАВОВИХ АКТІВ У СФЕРІ ПРАВ ЛЮДИНИ ДЛЯ КРИМІНАЛЬНОГО ПРОЦЕСУ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

The article analyses the role of such forms (sources) of Criminal Procedural law as international legal acts. The article emphases that they imply systematic and consistent impact on all spheres of criminal legal proceedings of Ukraine: legal doctrine in this sphere, criminal procedural legislature, law enforcement practice, legal conscience of subjects of criminal procedural relationship. Taking into consideration significance of international legal acts in development of criminal procedure of Ukraine and securing rights of a person in this sphere, the article outlines necessity of taking effective measures for ratification of those of them, that contain generally recognized norm of international law in the sphere of criminal legal proceedings.
