Abstract

In the article the author researches the concept of legal principles of international cooperation among law enforcement bodies. The author analyzes the essence of the following principles of international cooperation: the sovereignty of the equality and territorial integrity of the states; non-interference into the internal affairs of states; reciprocity; mutual recognition of a crime; availability of special international powers; reasonableness; self-initiatives; differentiation and competence; timeliness; equality of foreign and national law.
