Abstract

In the article, the author carried out the cataloging of human rights, depending on the authorities of local authorities at the level of territorial communities, and analyzed the main groups of human rights, which are provided at the level of territorial communities. The article deals with the conclusions aimed at improving the legislation in terms of the powers of the local authorities in ensuring human rights.
