Abstract

The article defines the subject of a crime envisaged by Article 143 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine «Violation of the procedure for the transplantation of organs or tissues of a person established by law», the main attention is paid to the establishment of a special subject of Part 1 of Art. 143 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. To this end, a number of normative documents have been analyzed, which determine the procedure for the transplantation of organs and tissues of a person, as well as differentiated special subjects of this composition of the crime.
