Abstract

Article comprises some reflections on the autonomy of the judicial power. Based on the analysis oflegislation and doctrine in the field, are highlighted some important points concerning the competent authority to ensure the autonomy of the judicial power, and are formulated some proposals de lege ferenda needed to strengthen the role of the Superior Council of Magistrates in this regard.
