Abstract

In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, legal personality is considered as a structural element of the legal status of the chairman of the court. It is proved that the legal personality of the court chairman creates: the citizenship of Ukraine; age qualifi cation; educational level of the person; Availability of professional experience in the fi eld of law; possession of a person in the state language; her integrity and competence.
