Abstract

The article emphasizes that the prerequisite for determining the unresolved and problematic issues that arise during the organization and planning of the investigation of criminal offenses, as well as outlining the ways to optimize the given type of activity and the formation of its conceptual foundations, is the study of the state of scientific development of the specified issue by systematizing scientific developments in the outlined field of knowledge It is emphasized that the scientific study of the issues of organization and planning of the investigation of criminal offenses should be orderly and comprehensive, since the versatility of the scientific study allows specifying its subject and the range of issues that must be studied and highlighted.
