Abstract

Insurance should take a visible place in legal regulation of the relations developing in the national sphere of physical training and sports. Today insurance companies act as sponsors of sports events, insure risks of professional sportsmen and sportsmen-amateurs, and also sports clubs and their stock. Though, the sphere of sports is very attractive to the insurance companies all over the world, but insurance in Ukraine is still very far from the European level of development.
