Abstract

The article deals with the main historical stages of the evolution of scientific-research expert-forensic institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The most interesting and important events that have become the reason for the development of expert institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been identified. The doctrinal vision regarding the periodization of the process of formation of the system of scientific-research expert-forensic institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is presented.
