КРИТЕРІЇ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ЯКОСТІ ДЕРЖАВНО-ПРИВАТНОГО ПАРТНЕРСТВА У СФЕРІ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ

Abstract

In the article, based on the analysis of the scientific views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation, it is argued that the evaluation criteria, as well as the entire mechanism of its implementation, are aimed at finding out or monitoring the economic effi ciency and (or) financial feasibility of the public-private partnership. However, in addition to financial criteria, it is necessary to develop and approve the following criteria: a) assessment of the educational quality of public-private partnership b) assessment of the impact of public-private partnership on the personnel potential of the national economy; c) assessment of the impact of public-private partnership on the scientifi c and pedagogical potential of higher education.
