ОСОБЕННОСТИ ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЯ И ИСПОЛНЕНИЯ ЭЛЕКТРОННЫХ СДЕЛОК В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ МОЛДОВА

Abstract

The article highlights the current aspects of concluding and executing electronic transactions in the Republic of Moldova. In particular, the characteristic features of transactions carried out with the use of information and telecommunications were identified, the concept of “electronic transaction” and “electronic contract” was defined, moments of occurrence of rights and obligations of participants in an electronic transaction were identified and legislatively fixed; also explored the use of electronic signatures in the Republic of Moldova.
