Abstract

In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists, a historical and legal analysis of the formation and development of control over the activities of forensic institutions of Ukraine is carried out. It is emphasized that a number of modern problems and difficulties in the system of control over the activities of forensic institutions at the present stage of Ukraine’s development are due precisely to its historical heritage.
